Booking Policy
At Kings Point Hair and Makeup Salon, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions are designed to establish the legal boundaries governing the activities of our clients while they engage with our services. We strive to make our T&C as clear and concise as possible, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Payment Policy
When booking an appointment with us, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Service Guarantee
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We do not accept checks or money orders.
